PDF10x — Terms of Service

These terms apply to the PDF10x Android app ("the app"), developed by Gaurav Kumar, Gemini Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. Features that open pdf10x.com are also covered by that website's terms.

1. Using the app

The app is free to use. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control. Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

2. Your files

You are responsible for the documents you process and for having the right to edit, convert, sign, protect or unlock them. Do not use the app to remove protection from files you are not authorised to access.

3. Keep copies of important files

Processing (for example compression, repair or conversion) changes files. Keep the original of important documents. We are not responsible for files that are lost, damaged or deleted, including temporary files cleared by the app.

4. Passwords

If you protect a PDF with a password and forget it, we cannot recover the password or the file.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the app means you accept it.
