These terms apply to your use of geminidigitalsolutions.comand to development services you purchase from Gemini Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”). By using the website or hiring us, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide software development services including website development, mobile app development (React Native) and custom web applications. The prices shown on the website are starting prices; your exact price is stated in a written quote before work begins.

2. Quotes and payment

  • Every project starts with a written quote describing scope and price. The quote is fixed — it does not change unless you change the requirements.
  • For small projects, payment is due on delivery. For larger projects, payment is split into agreed milestones.
  • The payment method is agreed with you before work begins — online payment for international clients, UPI or bank transfer within India.
  • Work outside the quoted scope (new features, additional pages) is quoted separately before we build it.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide the content (text, images, logos) needed for your project, or ask us to arrange it (may affect the quote).
  • Ensure you have the rights to any material you give us.
  • Review and respond to previews within a reasonable time so the project stays on schedule.
  • Third-party costs (domains, app store fees, paid services) are yours unless the quote says otherwise. We will always tell you about them before they arise.

4. Delivery and revisions

Timelines we state (e.g. “2–3 days for simple websites”) are good-faith estimates, not guarantees; complex requirements or delayed feedback can extend them. Each project includes reasonable revisions to match the agreed scope. Requests beyond the agreed scope are quoted as new work.

5. Ownership and portfolio

  • After full payment, you own the delivered work, including source code, for your business use.
  • We may keep general-purpose tools and libraries we developed independently, which you receive a licence to use as part of the delivered work.
  • We may display delivered projects in our portfolio and mention you as a client. Tell us in writing if you prefer we don't.

6. Website accounts

If you sign in to our website, keep your Google account secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the website (attempting to breach security, spamming forms, submitting unlawful content). We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Warranties and liability

We build carefully and fix genuine defects in delivered work free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost data caused by third-party services, business interruption).

8. Third-party services

Projects often rely on third-party services (hosting providers, payment gateways, app stores, APIs). We integrate them with care but are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or policy decisions.

9. Termination

Either party may end a project in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy); we hand over the work completed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute, though we'll always try to resolve issues by talking first.
