Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 9 July 2026

We price projects transparently and, for small projects, you pay only on delivery — so in most cases there is nothing at risk before you've seen your finished work. This policy covers the remaining situations.

Small projects (pay on delivery)

For starter and business websites, payment is due when we deliver the agreed work. If you cancel before delivery, you owe nothing. If the delivered work matches the agreed scope, payment is due and is not refundable — though we'll gladly make reasonable revisions within the scope.

Milestone projects (apps and custom software)

  • Before work starts:any advance you've paid is refunded in full if you cancel before we begin.
  • Mid-project cancellation: you pay for milestones already delivered and approved; any unused advance for future milestones is refunded. We hand over all completed work.
  • Delivered milestones: payment for a milestone you have reviewed and approved is not refundable.

If we fail to deliver

If we cannot deliver the agreed scope — for reasons on our side — you receive a full refund of anything paid for the undelivered work. That's a promise we're comfortable making because we quote carefully before committing.

Defects after delivery

Genuine defects (things that don't work as agreed) are fixed free of charge for 30 days after delivery. Defect fixes are our first remedy; refunds apply when a defect can't reasonably be fixed.

What refunds don't cover

  • Change of mind after delivery and approval
  • New requirements that weren't in the agreed scope
  • Third-party fees already spent on your behalf (domain names, app store fees, paid plugins) — these are non-refundable because the third party has been paid

How to request a refund or cancellation

Message us on WhatsApp (+91 6262616122), use the contact form, or message us from your project dashboard. Tell us the project and the reason. We respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
