Tambola — Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Tambola Android app ("the app"), developed by Gaurav Kumar, Gemini Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

1. Using the app

The app is free for personal entertainment. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control. Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

2. No real-money gaming

Tambola in this app is played for fun only. The app does not offer, process or support betting, gambling or real-money prizes. If you host a game with the Number Caller, you are responsible for following the laws that apply where you play.

3. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free.

4. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the app means you accept it.
