Tambola Plus — Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Tambola Plus Android app ("the app"), developed by Gaurav Kumar, Gemini Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

1. Using the app

The app is free for personal entertainment. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control. Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

2. No real-money gaming

Tambola in this app is played for fun only. The app does not offer, process or support betting, gambling or real-money prizes; prizes in the app are points, and the Number Caller's winners list is just a notepad for the names you type. If you host a game with the Number Caller, you are responsible for following the laws that apply where you play.

3. Play with Friends

Play with Friends connects phones directly over a local network or Bluetooth. You choose the nickname other players see; do not use a name that is offensive, misleading or belongs to someone else. The host's phone decides the outcome of every claim, and we are not responsible for disputes between players, for connection problems caused by your network, phones or settings, or for anything other players send or do.

4. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free.

5. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the app means you accept it.
