Expense Calculator & Budget — Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Expense Calculator & Budget Android app ("the app"), developed by Gaurav Kumar, Gemini Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them.

1. Using the app

The app is free to use for recording and understanding your personal or business spending. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on devices you own or control. Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app except where the law allows it.

2. Not financial advice

Budgets, forecasts, charts and calculations are estimates to help you plan. They are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Check important figures yourself before relying on them.

3. Your data and backups

You own the data you enter. It is stored on your device; you are responsible for keeping backups — using Google Drive backup or by exporting a backup file. We cannot recover data that is deleted, lost with your device, or removed when the app is uninstalled. If you forget your app PIN, the data on that device cannot be recovered without a backup.

4. Google services

Google sign-in, Google Drive and Google AdMob are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability of these services.

5. Advertising

The app is supported by ads. Do not click ads in a misleading or automated way. Products advertised are offered by third parties, not by us.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features at any time. We try to keep the app working well but do not guarantee it will be error-free or always available.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of data, money or profits, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the app means you accept it.
